The Almansa Wine Route has once again had an outstanding presence at FINE (Valladolid), where it attended on April 13 and 14 to present its range of wine tourism packages.
The fair, in which our route was present for the second consecutive year, was presented to professionals and visitors all the gastronomic, historical and cultural offerings that can offer Almansa Wine RouteWe also offer all the wine tourism packages that we have and that we have been offering on our website since 2023.
For this reference event of wine tourism in Spain, we were present at the stand that Castilla-La Mancha had set up for the occasion, along with the rest of the Wine Routes in the region. In this context, FINE has also served for Ruta del Vino Almansa to have contact and meetings with tour operators of national and international reference. In addition, we also received recognition from FINE for the work done by the routes of Castilla-La Mancha in their contribution to wine tourism.
Rosana Trujillo, manager of the Almansa Wine Route, underlined the importance “to be at an event like this one for another year.in which we can continue to present the wide range of products and services that our company has to offer. Almansa Wine Route and to continue to promote and disseminate it in the country, both in Spain as well as outside our borders”.
Visit of international tour operators during the weekend
In addition, as a finishing touch to our presence at FINE, our Route was visited by a group of international tour operators who attended FINE, as part of a tour of visits to several routes in the region. Castilla-La Mancha and coordinated by Tourism Castilla-La Mancha. Thus, during the weekend, we received the group of tour operators representing eight agencies specialized in wine tourism, coming from Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Israel, Lithuania, Turkey and China.
The visit, in which we present some of the cultural and patrimonial jewels of our route, such as the Castillo de Almansa and one of our wineries, was culminated with the attendance to two of our restaurants and tasting gazpachos manchegos paired with the best wines of our region.
