Great success in the first edition of Enofest in Almansa

On May 17 and 18, Almansa and Ruta del Vino Almansa became the epicenter of enogastronomy and music with the celebration of the first edition of Enofest. This event, which combines food and wine and musical experiences, is a series of experiences that takes place within the framework of the six Wine Routes of Castilla-La Mancha, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy the culture of wine and music in historic and unique settings.

Enofest kicked off on Friday, May 17 with a cocktail dinner and a concert by Coti in the gardens of the Almansa Town Hall. Attendees enjoyed a tasting of appetizers served by the Casa Jaime Restaurant team and paired with wines from Bodegas Cano, Bodegas Matamangos and Hacienda el espino, wineries belonging to our Almansa Wine Route.

Coti put the finishing touch to a magical night in the gardens of the town hall.

The concert presented by the artist was in a very personal format where he was accompanied by a string trio. An intimate and unique format where the artist revealed anecdotes about the composition of his songs, songs that led him to be number 1 in many countries.

Visits to wineries on the Almansa Wine Route

To put the finishing touch to the Enofest experience, on Saturday, May 18, guided visits were made to the wineries participating in this project. Attendees had the opportunity to explore Bodegas Cano, Bodega Matamangos and Hacienda el Espino . Each visit included a tasting of the best wines from each winery, accompanied by cured meats from our region.

A commitment to culture and wine tourism

The Enofest not only stood out for its cultural proposal, but also for its contribution to wine tourism in Castilla-La Mancha. By touring the different Wine Routes of the region, the festival highlights the wine and gastronomic richness of the territory, attracting visitors and promoting local development.

The first edition of Enofest in Almansa was a resounding success, consolidating itself as an essential event for wine, food and music lovers. With events like this, Castilla-La Mancha continues to position itself as a benchmark wine tourism destination, offering unique experiences that combine tradition, culture and sensory pleasure.
