Bar Valencia 1948
The restaurant, which began in 1948, was run by the children of the founders, Antonio and Paqui. In the kitchen, Paqui’s wife, Natividad, followed the tradition she inherited from her mother-in-law. At present the Restaurant Casa Valencia is managed by the children of Paqui and Natividad.
Our trajectory is based on daily work and professionalism, which result in the excellent stews characteristic of our house.
The excellent cuisine, as well as the continuous work to make Bar Valencia a cozy and friendly place for its customers, have managed to raise the level of quality that has always characterized us. We want to make it clear that the success of our establishment is based on the daily effort made by the entire staff that makes up the great family of Bar Valencia 1948.
Influenced by our land, our essence and our customs, Bar Valencia’s cuisine is full of smells, textures and Mediterranean flavors. A delicious and varied proposal where we combine the most traditional flavors.
