Mesón de Pincelín
“El Pincelín” was the nickname that Pascual Blanco Cantos had earned for his reputation for elegance. Pascual founded, together with Josefa, his wife, in 1952. They transformed what was a small bar into one of the most renowned catering establishments in Almansa. Currently it has made a place for itself among the best restaurants in Spain.
Today, the “Mesón de Pincelín” is run by his sons Diego and Pedro. Doña Josefa continues to be present and to be a reference. Pincelín continues to be a family business in which sons, daughters-in-law and employees contribute to create a friendly atmosphere, aware of the responsibility of maintaining quality in a restaurant with this prestige.
