Restaurante IKONO
His cuisine draws on the culinary traditions of La Mancha, thoughtfully reinterpreting classic traditional dishes and giving them a new dimension through contemporary techniques and meticulous presentation. Added to this is a wide and carefully selected range of rice dishes, regarded as one of the restaurant’s defining features.
At the helm of IKONO are two individuals whose skills complement each other perfectly. On the one hand, there is Luis Benito, who has dedicated his entire life to the hospitality industry, with a solid track record as the owner of Chiringuito Tropical in Lanzarote and a deep understanding of the sector. On the other, chef Eva Millán, with a distinguished international career and recognised as the runner-up in the first series of MasterChef España, brings character, creativity and a contemporary perspective to every creation.
