We also have our Tavern Restaurant, a place that represents the excellence of our cuisine. Quality and fresh produce, with a cuisine that walks between tradition and innovation, something we have been doing since the founding of our restaurant in 1936. As reference dishes, the spoon is always the protagonist, including gazpacho manchego, beans with partridge and rice stew so typical of our land. As far as the wine cellar is concerned, we offer, of course, a nod to the wines of our land with Denomination of Origin Almansa, along with a varied menu that you have to discover.
