The Tourism Office of Castilla-La Mancha<\/strong> in the center of Madrid hosted, during this past Thursday, November 30, the presentation of the Almansa Wine Route<\/strong>. This event, which had a great reception and expectation on the part of the attendees, is the first to be held with our wine route as an integral part of the Wine Routes of Spain<\/strong>, as number 37.<\/p>\n\n

The president of the route, Adolfo Cano<\/strong>, and the manager, Rosana Trujillo,<\/strong> presented to the attendees all the key aspects of the Almansa Wine Route:<\/strong> and companies, cultural, wine and natural heritage of the area and all the wine tourism packages that are already available at www.rutavinoalmansa.com<\/a> The Almansa Wine Route<\/strong> the total implication of the municipalities of Almansa, Alpera, Higueruela <\/strong>y Hoya Gonzalo<\/strong>The event, together with more than 30 companies that are part of it: wineries, travel agencies, hotels, restaurants and stores.<\/p>\n\n

The promotional spot for the Almansa Wine Route<\/strong>which reflects the essence of this project with which it wants to turn the route into a provincial and regional wine tourism reference that welcomes visitors from all corners of our country, and always with the wines of the region. Rosana Trujillo <\/strong>explained at the presentation that “this is a good opportunity for wine tourism for many people who travel from Madrid to the Levante region<\/strong>. Our geographical location brings us unique characteristics to produce wines with its queen variety, the Garnacha Tintorera. These wines are the essence around which our Almansa Wine Route<\/strong><\/a>will revolve”. During yesterday’s event held in Gran V\u00eda<\/strong>, the president of Acevin,<\/strong> Rosa Melchor,<\/strong> was also present. Almansa Wine Route<\/strong> <\/a>as a member of this select club of wine routes in Spain.<\/p>\n\n

After the presentation, we proceeded to the tasting of the wine of our \n Denomination of Origin Almansa,<\/a>\n<\/strong> indispensable component in this Almansa Wine Route<\/strong><\/a>. <\/strong>This event held at the The Tourism Office of Castilla-La Mancha<\/strong> also received the visit of important authorities of localities adhered to the route, such as the mayoress of Almansa, Pilar Callado<\/strong>, the councilman of culture and Historical Recreation of Almansa, Borja L\u00f3pez <\/strong>and also the mayoress of Alpera,<\/strong> Isabel Bel\u00e9n Iniesta<\/strong>.
